Technical description :
This machine is designed for gas or fuel heating. This machine is equipped with a feeding hopper, a non perforated roasting drum equipped with a special stirring system to guarantee an optimal mixing of the coffee and perfect roasting results. Through a sight glass and with a sampling unit, the roasting process can be followed efficiently and continuously.
The machine is equipped with a ventilator, a closed cooling bin (upstream cooling system) with stirrer and a cyclone to catch the chaff.
